facilitation. We also smooth their departure and transfers. The

Before Arrival

Schedules with dates and times of guest arrivals are sent as notifications to drivers and those responsible for reception via email or system notifications. Notifications are sent to guests informing them of who will be meeting them, the expected arrival time, and other details about reaching their destination. Direct messaging capability is provided between the guest and customer service or the team. The team monitors the driver and reception team to track their arrival at the airport.

Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, guest cards are directly handed over, and the barcode is scanned when boarding the bus or car, displaying all guest information such as name, age, nationality, and time of bus entry for data verification. Guests are
transported to the hotel, and the hotel is notified of the bus arrival to begin reception and check-in.
Each guest’s barcode is scanned to display information and details of their last entry at any location.
Luggage is handed over, and room assignments are made.

After Arrival

Guests are transported to the event location, and upon arrival, their barcodes on their cards or wristbands are scanned to ensure they enter the venue with the organizing team. The organizing team is monitored through the system, with notifications and direct messages sent to them and management. Guests’ barcodes are scanned when they board the vehicle to ensure everyone has arrived. If there are any delays from the driver or guests themselves, the team tracks all movements. For train transfers, barcodes are scanned to confirm guests’ boarding of the train and their transfer to the second station.
